Weekly Workouts

Coming off a busy weekend and into a busy work week, my workouts have been lacking this week. Here are the highlights:

Thurs:

GetItDone

Fri – Because we were traveling I worked out at home to a Tracey Anderson cardio workout off YouTube

Sat – I got up bright and early on Saturday morning to sneak off to the hotel’s fitness center before everyone got up for breakfast.  It wasn’t the best gym, but I was able to squeak in the following circuits:

EMOM for 8 minutes:
– 6 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
– 4 Burpees

Followed by 4 rounds of 800m run then 10 burpees

Wed – Pumps and Iron’s 25 minute AMRAP workout.  I subbed burpees for the inchworm pushups and finished 7.5 rounds.  It was a great heart pumping workout.
