Weekly Workouts

Happy Wednesday! Sorry, but this week’s workouts have been a bit boring. I’m out of my routine and it is definitely effecting my workouts.

Wed. – HIIT class.  We did 15 minutes of bodyweight exercises, followed by 10 minutes of sprints.  The sprints were rough.

 

Thurs. – This workout:

Fri. – I had the day off so I walked 6 miles with the dog, then went to a barre class.

Sat. – walk with the dog and an upper body weights workout

Sun.-Tues. – lots of dog walking while traveling.
