Weekly Workouts

Hi!  It’s hump daaaay!  Here’s some workouts:

Wed. – Warm up, then this workout, inspired by a GPP Fitness workout.



Thurs. – HIIT class.  LOTS of pushups.


Fri. – HIIT class.  Fun workout!  We did 3 different circuits, including lots of sit ups.


Sat. – All those pushups gave me a terrible knot in my back, restricting my movement.  So, I took a long walk with the dog and got a massage later in the day to work out the knot 🙂


Sun. – 5 mile trail hike with the dog, and Insanity!


Mon. – Rest Day


Tues. – HIIT class.  Lots of bear crawls, but a fun workout!
